Email your question to us
(Q) As an agent, what can I do to insure a satisfied settlement for my policyholder?
(A) Agents can do quite a bit to insure that we have all the information needed in order to properly identify and handle ourselves correctly at a loss location. Understanding the coverage is important for us in order to properly evaluate and advise the insured as to what to expect. Notification notices should contain correct phone numbers and correct policy information. This prevents problems from arising regarding the different replacement cost policies and forms that we handle. The information provided to us is very important in order to make our initial meeting with the insured progressive and meaningful.
